On August 24, 1999, Limited Too separated from our parent company, The Limited, Inc. and became a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange. On July 10, 2006, we changed our corporate name to Tween Brands, Inc. to more accurately reflect our company's identity and we are currently traded under the symbol "TWB". Although you cannot purchase stock directly from us, we suggest that you contact a stockbroker to see what is involved in doing so. Just check out your local yellow pages.

Does Limited Too have its own credit card?

Does Limited Too offer a layaway plan?
Limited Too does NOT currently offer any form of layaway or deferred payment plan in our store, Catazine, or website.

Does Limited Too offer gift-wrapping?
Yes! Limited Too will gift wrap your entire order for just $5.95. We'll package your gift with tissue paper in a signature Limited Too gift box wrapped in our exclusive daisy print paper, tied with a pink organza ribbon and finished with a personalized gift card. Certain items do not qualify for gift wrapping, including oversized and irregularly shaped items. However, a gift message can be included on the packing slip of an order at no extra charge. Look for the "This order is a gift" option when checking out.

Does Limited Too offer sponsorships or donations?
We are thrilled that you would want Limited Too to sponsor/donate to your organization. We receive thousands of such requests every year, and are unable to fulfill each individual request. We donate to a National non-profit organization each year. At this time, we are unable to fulfill individual requests.

How and where do I return something?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your Limited Too purchases. If, for any reason, you are not, you may return the items. To make it easier on you, you may return items purchased through the Catazine to any of our Limited too store locations or to our Catazine Return Center.
For returns on Catazine and Web purchases, please provide a copy of your invoice. You will be issued a refund in the manner in which the original purchase was made.
Items purchased in a Limited Too store may also be returned to our Catazine Return Center. Please include a copy of your store receipt as this will speed up the return or exchange process. All refunds will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit certificate.

How can I find out about job opportunities with Limited Too?
Limited Too is always looking for fun, energetic individuals to join our unique team. To inquire about positions that are available in your local Limited Too, just visit the store and speak with a manager.

How can I model for Limited Too?
Limited Too does NOT currently have its own models. Depending on the photography requirements, we usually use modeling and talent agencies that represent young people. Limited Too does NOT do agency referrals. You may want to contact such an agency in your local area to see what is involved in becoming a model.

How do I redeem my Too Bucks on the Web?

How do I sign up to receive your Catazine and other mailings?
You may request a copy of a Limited Too catazine several ways. You may contact the Limited Too customer service center TOLL FREE at 1-866-4LTDTOO. You may also visit any Limited Too retail store and complete a catazine request form located at the cash register. If you don't see one, just ask any Limited Too sales associate.

It can take up to a month to receive a requested Limited Too catazine depending on when you sign up or request one. In most instances, you will be mailed the current issue. But, if your request is made within a month of that issue's expiration date, we will likely mail you the next issue when it becomes available.

Where do you have photoshoots for the Catazine and the web site?
The areas we use for shooting our photo shoots vary from in-studio to on-location depending on what the photography will be used for. These photo shoots are held in various locations throughout the United States.

Where is my nearest Limited Too store?
Limited Too has supplied two options that you may use to find your nearest store. The first is to use the "Store Locator" on this website. The second choice is to call our Catazine Customer Service center to speak with a representative, just dial 1-866-4LTDTOO (or 1-866-458-3866).

Does Limited Too carry larger sizes?
