Returns for Promotional Program item(s)
- Discounts given at the time of purchase will be deducted from returned merchandise.
- In the event of a return or exchange, the discount may not be reused.
- An even exchange is considered to be an exchange for the same item, just different color or size. In this case, the discount would be given on the new item so the customer does not pay the difference. An even exchange is not considered to be even for price alone. In this case, the discount will not be carried forward.
