If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within three business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within that timeframe please feel free to email us at Marketing@limitedtoo.com Monday through Friday from 8AM-5PM EST.
All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 20% restocking/administration fee based on the total number of items cancelled if your order has been packaged for shipment. Please note our customer care department will always try and avoid a restocking fee, if your item has not been packed you will not be charged. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card used when placing the original order.
Items eligible for return must be postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery. In order for any item to be eligible for return it must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed. Merchandise must have all tags, attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A Return Form is available on our website for you to print for your convenience if in fact you find the items you ordered aren’t quite right. Simply ship your items back in either an envelope or in the original corrugated shipping box. (Please note that any returns without the return form attached will not be able to be processed.)
At Limited Too our focus is on getting our merchandise to the customer in the fastest, most efficient way possible at a minimal charge to you. In order for us to do that, we cannot accept exchanges as the process can be involved and keeps the product out of your hands for a longer period of time. This is why instead of exchanging, we ask that you simply return the item for a refund and place a new order. We promise the entire process will be far faster and you will have what you want far sooner. Of course, if for any reason your merchandise arrives damaged at no fault of your own, or if you receive an incorrect order, we will absolutely work to make it right at no penalty to you.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account immediately and send you a communication confirming receipt.
All returns should be sent back to the address that the product came from (the return address on the shipping label you received.)
